Ghostbusters 3 Set Footage?

Who you gonna call? Apparently a rougue crew member. Well that is at least if you want the latest from the set on the new Ghostbusters 3. Actually it is not totally confirmed whether this is actually footage from the set or if it is all an elaborate hoax but we can all hope right?
