ECO Harpoon LOS Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki was the best team in the regular stage. It ended with 23 victories in 26 matches, seven points ahead of the second team, Mogilno.

The final tournament was held from Friday to Sunday in a league system. The results of Friday and Saturday's matches meant that before Sunday's final match between LOS and Sokół, it was known that the winner of this match would qualify for the Tauron League. After five sets, it turned out that the volleyball players from Mogilno were better and will play in the Premier League for the first time in history.
Next season, the Tauron Liga will be replaced by Grupa Azoty Akademia Tarnów. Volleyball players from Tarnów finished last in the regular stage table and were relegated from the First League after two seasons of play.
