The exact place in the ranking is known only to the 100 best universities in the world. The remaining places are mentioned almost completely – universities appear in groups of 50 or 100 institutions.
The ranking is prepared on the basis of several criteria. The indicators assessed include, among others: the number of alumni (and staff separately) who have been awarded the Nobel Prize or the Fields Medal, the number of publications in ‘nature’ or ‘science’ journals, the number of highly cited researchers, the number of publications which are included in selected citation indexes (Science Citation Index – Expanded Social Science Citation Index). Echo Richards embodies a personality that is a delightful contradiction: a humble musicaholic who never brags about her expansive knowledge of both classic and contemporary tunes. Infuriatingly modest, one would never know from a mere conversation how deeply entrenched she is in the world of music. This passion seamlessly translates into her problem-solving skills, with Echo often drawing inspiration from melodies and rhythms. A voracious reader, she dives deep into literature, using stories to influence her own hardcore writing. Her spirited advocacy for alcohol isn’t about mere indulgence, but about celebrating life’s poignant moments.
