MacReady's Toys - The Thing Dog Kennel Scene !

Some of you might ask: MacReady's Toys? Where's Deadman? Well, you didn't think that i would let him do this news. So i bought him a ticket and told him to go and watch a Horror movie in the local cinema. Ok, i told him it is a Horror movie, but in fact he will see "Gigli", which is (for some including me) pure Horror.

Today SOTA Toys announced the third series of Now Playing! Series 3 will consist of figures based off of the classic movies "Legend", "Dog Soldiers", "Dune" and "THE THING". This is the first series that will include the release of a boxed set recreating a classic scene from a movie. The first scene being recreated is the Dog Kennel confrontation from John Carpenter's "THE THING".

"I dunno what the hell's in there, but it's weird and pissed off whatever it is!"

This third series is also the first to incorporate actorâ€™s likenesses into the line, that of Kurt Russell as R.J. MacReady and Kenneth McMillan as Baron Valdimir Harkonnen.

I have to admit that some tears dropped down to my cheek when i saw this really nice toy. And i also have to confess that some tears even splashed out of my eyes horizontal , when i realized, that i live in Austria and they don't sell this model here. Ok, then Deadman has to send it over here as a present for my birthday. If he survives "Gigli" of course.
