Below you can watch 5minutes of the upcoming 2012 release. The film has a star studded cast including John Cusack and Amanda Peet. John being a real fav of mine.

2012 frankly reminds me alot of The Day After Tomorrow but from the footage below it seems to be one of those over the top CGI fests that relies on splashy FX rather then an intense story. Not sure I am going to enjoy this one.
