Frank Millers The Spirit first photo of Octopus

Ok so not exactly the first photo since we already had a photo but the first good photo of Sam Jackson as Octopus has arrived. The photo comes courtesy of the free Comic Con Magazine. Frank Millers the Spirit will be released by Lionsgate Early. Rather then in January it will now be released into theatres at Xmas.

The film boasts a promising cast including the always sexy Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendes, Samuel L. Jackson and Gabriel Macht. The film is schedueled to hit theaters on January 16th, 2009. Click the image of Sam Jackson to download the magazine free.
