Microsoft has begun sending messages to owners of modified Xbox One consoles
In the middle of the week, we returned to the topic of special editions of previous Xbox consoles, in which owners were due to receive expansions as part of the package. In line with last year’s statement from the Polish studio and due to the full focus on the current generation of consoles and PC, we have learned that users of the Xbox One CD Projekt RED has maintained its position and confirmed in its latest announcement that players who have not yet received notifications can expect signals from the Redmond giant in the near future.
The company has finally started sending alerts so customers can apply for a refund – Receiving a system message from Xbox indicates eligibility for the compensation program. After logging into the correct account and completing the form, players will receive a “Gift Voucher” within 14 days.
As a reminder, it should be noted that Cyberpunk 2077 was released for Xbox One after major launch problems, CD Projekt RED decided that Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty would only be released on PS5, XSX|S and PC, so it had to compensate customers for some losses.
