Fuel prices at gas stations in Poland are rising. We are not dealing with a price shock, but the trend is clear
Latest fuel price forecast covering next week
– For at least several weeks, fuel prices in Poland have been behaving differently than in the European Union. While it was rising in neighboring countries, it was clearly declining in Poland. But in recent days, local gas stations have begun to increase prices, which was especially evident in the case of diesel oil – we read in the latest analyzes of the e-petrol website, which analyzes the fuel market.
Fuel prices at stations as of Monday
– We read in electronic gasoline.
No, because Poland recently found its own way to regulate fuel prices at stations. As experts from the online gasoline portal noted, fuel is a very hot topic in this year’s election campaign, and at the end of the campaign, after a series of reports about the failure of several fuel dispensers at stations, the discussion was no longer about their prices, but about their availability for drivers.
What is worth emphasizing is that Poland’s wholesale fuel market ignores price cuts on stock exchanges in Europe in recent days. The discount is not symbolic at all – in the case of crude oil it reaches 10 percent, and in the case of diesel oil – up to 15 percent.

There is no fuel at the stations and driving is backed up
Notices posted at many Orlean stations containing information about pump malfunctions encourage drivers to drive from station to station in search of fuel. At the same time, frequent driving on reserve can lead to dangerous and costly mistakes, as we wrote about in the article below:
