Production on Deadpool 3 has resumed. A few days ago, the crew and actors returned to the set to finish work on the film. They have little time to film the missing material, as the premiere is scheduled to take place over the holidays next year. Reports have recently spread that an important character from the movie Logan: Wolverine will return in the third part of Deadpool. And now new images from the set have surfaced online confirming the return of an important, well-known X-Men character.

In the photos below we can see Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman with director Shawn Levy. In one image, Wolverine’s body appears to be pierced by swords that appear to belong to the Mouthless mercenary.
Even more interesting are the next two shots, where we can see Logan fighting his greatest enemy, Sabretooth. It appears that Tyler Mane, who played the villain in the first X-Men film in 2000, has returned to the role. Wolverine would win this duel by decapitating the opponent, which Deadpool shows in the last image below.
Sabretooth was one of the characters that often appeared in rumors regarding her cameo in the film. So we can expect other heroes and villains from other X-Men productions to also appear in Deadpool 3.
The cast included: Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, Emma Corrin, Brianna Hildebrand, Matthew Macfadyen, Morena Baccarin, Leslie Uggams, Karan Soni and Stefan Kapicic.
