If you are both a Michael Bay and a Nicolas Cage hater then you are in luck since both are behind this production which co-starred Sean Connery and is in my view one of the best action movies of the ’90s. The only thing that could have made this movie better would have been a cameo by Steven Segal.

Otherwise, he will launch 15 rockets carrying deadly VX gas into the San Francisco Bay area.
This film is a remake of the 1992 version which starred Harvey Keitel. Little factoid Harvey had a role in Nicolas Cage’s National Treasure. This movie may not be loved by all but I think that Werner Herzog did a pretty good job with this project.
Terence McDonagh is a drug- and gambling-addled detective in post-Katrina New Orleans investigating the killing of five Senegalese immigrants.
Today I would not watch a John Travolta movie if you paid me but in fairness he has not exactly done anything monumental. The same can be said for Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider 2. That said the two of them were dynamite playing a complex pair in this truly fantastic action-caper directed by John Woo
