This is what Fallout from Amazon Prime Video looks like. Our first trailer!

A few days ago, the first images from the reality series “Fallout” produced by Amazon Prime Video appeared on the Internet. Now you have the opportunity to watch the first trailer, which will definitely add excitement to the atmosphere before the premiere.

As I wrote a few days ago in the text about the first pictures of the “Fallout” series, film adaptations of video games often generate great controversy. Some are great successes, some are complete failures. However, it is undeniable that gamers want this type of production and the most popular VOD platforms are willing to take risks and check whether transferring the game into the world of a film or series is profitable. Over the past few years, we’ve had several products that have been of a really high standard. However, we also had some things that were better forgotten.

What would it be like if “Fallout” was inspired by a famous game series, the first title of which appeared on the market in 1997, and over the past 26 years we have had more than 10 different games? It’s difficult to draw conclusions now, but the recently released trailer gives hope that we will be treating the series at a very high level – at least from the visual side. Amazon did not skimp on the budget, which can be seen in the special effects. However, let’s not repeat the mistake as in the case of the new series from the “Lord of the Rings” universe, which looked great, but lost quality due to a very mediocre script.

“Fallout” from Amazon Prime Video. The first trailer is available now

Although this is only the first teaser, the 2.5-minute material highlights the world of “Fallout” and our main characters, including Lucy, who for the first time in her life leaves the fallout shelter where she was born and spent her life. . The world you enter is not what you expected. The post-apocalyptic United States is full of dangers for which it is not prepared. We also know that Lucy won’t be the only character whose fate we’ll be following in this series. Ghoul, played by Walton Goggins, is a gunslinger struggling with everyday life, while Maximus (played by Aaron Moten) wants to impress his superiors and wants to join the Brotherhood. But there will be some well-known names on screen, including Michael Emerson, who viewers may know from “Lost” and “Person of Interest.”
