Guy Ritchie is teaming up with Netflix to bring a new version of “The Gentlemen” to viewers in March. The creator returned to the well-known story, but fans can count on more complex themes.

“Snatch”, “Accounts”, “Sherlock Holmes”, “Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows”, “King Arthur: Legend of the Sword” or “The Covenant” are just a few interesting films directed by a film director with expertise. . Guy Ritchie is now working with Netflix and we finally get a look at the new Gentlemen series.

In 2019, Guy Ritchie directed and wrote the script for a production in which a marijuana dealer decides to sell his drug empire and retire. The story featured, among others, Matthew McConaughey, Colin Farrell, Charlie Hunnam, Hugh Grant and Jeremy Strong.

The creator decided to return to this world, but in fact the new version of “The Gentlemen” is a series “inspired by the original film.” In this story, we will meet Eddie Horniman, who will inherit a large fortune from his father, but as it soon becomes clear – the man has created a real drug empire.

Guy Ritchie once again collaborated with several stars – Theo James (“The White Lotus”) played the main character, but Kaya Scodelario (“The Maze Runner”), Giancarlo Esposito (“Better Call Saul”), and Vinnie Jones (“Better Call Saul (“Snatch”), Daniel Ings (“Lovesick”), Joely Richardson (“Endless Love”), Peter Serafinowicz (“Guardians of the Galaxy”) or Ray Winstone (“The Departed”) will also appear on screen. “).

“The Gentlemen” will premiere in March.
