There are many indications that Motorola will soon introduce a new version of the Moto G Power smartphone, i.e. equipment primarily associated with a powerful battery. We already know what it’s supposed to look like and it’s kind of… simple. Just.
One thing seems to be certain – if you are looking for emotions regarding the appearance of a smartphone, then in the case of Motorola Moto G Power (2023) you can only say one thing: zeeeeeew.
If you believe the leaks from OnLeaks, it promises to be yet another boring budget smartphone. But hey! Motorola, of course, offers us an island with a camera, which is the latest fashion cry for smartphones.
10mm thick and yet there is an island
There we find three lenses and an LED, of course it can be placed in a smaller space, but why? It is better if it protrudes approximately 2 mm from the edge of the device, and it is not the thinnest anyway – its total thickness is 10 mm.
The Moto G Power (2022) is the oldest mid-range on the market — it’s no compliment
On the front we find a selfie camera housed in a hole, and the bezels around the screen are not narrower at all. The screen should have a diagonal of 6.5 inchesso there is nothing special – neither one way nor the other.
A lot – in the central part behind – We will find the manufacturer’s logo while the fingerprint reader will be integrated with the power button on the right side of the device frame. There will also be buttons for adjusting the volume.
Audio lovers will appreciate it – there is a headphone jack
At the bottom edge, we find a USB Type-C port, a microphone, a speaker and – what is noteworthy – a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is an additional microphone on the top edge.
Of course, the most important information still lies ahead — let’s hope the 2023 Moto G Power really stands out from the crowd with a larger battery and a 6,000mAh cell will be the absolute minimum.
Otherwise, it will be another cheap piece of equipment that won’t stand out from the crowd.
