Announcement regarding the agreement concluded between ZAKSA SA and Grupa Azoty

ZAKSA SA announces the termination of the contract with Grupa Azoty. Currently, the club's financial situation is stable, and the Board of Directors in cooperation with the Board of Directors of the Azote Group has taken steps to obtain new sponsors.

The agreement between Grupa Azoty and ZAKSA SA has been terminated as of June 30, 2024. Due to the joint ownership of Grupa Azoty, the club received support in the actions taken to secure the operation of the company.

Meanwhile, the President of ZAKSA SA, Jadwiga Cichoń, remains in constant contact with the Board of Directors of Grupa Azoty. A joint solution will be reached by the end of June. Currently, the club's strategy is maintained, and the team's performance in the PlusLiga competition in the 2024/2025 season is not in danger.
