Draw for the 1/8th round of the Champions League. A great blow with the participation of the Poles

It was expected to see some interesting combinations. The seeded teams included: defending champions Manchester City, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, and between unseeded Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan. Certainly, many Polish fans were also interested in who would play FC Barcelona (Robert Lewandowski), Napoli (Piotr Zielinski and Hubert Idasiak), Arsenal (Jakub Kuyor), and FC Copenhagen (Kamil Grabara).

In the Champions League 1/8 finals, teams from the same country and those who had already met in the group could not meet each other. One of the most interesting encounters will be between FC Barcelona and Napoli, where Lewandowski and Zielinski should be the standouts. Grabara, who will play against Manchester City, will also face a very difficult task. In all pairings, the unseeded team will host the first match and the seeded team will host the second match. The confrontation between Atletico Madrid and Inter Milan, runners-up in the previous edition of the Champions League, may also be very exciting.
