Jeremy Renner celebrates his 52nd birthday in the hospital after an avalanche accident

Actor Jeremy Renner celebrated his 52nd birthday on Saturday by thanking his medical team.

The 52-year-old wrote on Instagram, “Thank you to the critical care medical team for starting this journey.

The post, published late Friday, is the third update Renner has shared since being hospitalized.

Recall that on January 1, Mr. Renner suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries after being run over by a snowblower near his home in Nevada.

Since then he has undergone two surgeries.

Jeremy Renner also posted a video update: “A spa moment in intensive care to lift my spirits”.

Renner shared a brief video of his fans dancing to artist 50 Cent’s “In Da Club” to wish him a happy birthday, and he thanked them for their “birthday love.”

Many actors have also sent birthday wishes to Renner.

“Happy birthday to one of the toughest guys I know,” Chris Evans wrote on Instagram, for example, along with a photo of Renner. “I’m sending you so much love your way.”

Washoe County Police Chief Darrin Ballam said at a news conference Tuesday that Renner’s snowplow began rolling away from the driver’s seat.

The man was injured when he tried to get back into the machine, Bielem said.

Due to severe weather, a helicopter was used to transport Renner to the hospital.
