At 8:30 a.m., wildlife officials intervened with 2480, a moose named Semin de la Conardier. Firefighters and police were also on hand to help.

The cervix took the direction of the Laurentides Wildlife Sanctuary just after 9 p.m.

Another moose was spotted near the Beafort Golf Course on Thursday morning, but according to officials, it was heading towards the wooded area.
