Turkish Foreign Ministry chief: Russian oligarchs may come to our country

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, in comments quoted by Reuters as saying Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, said that Russian oligarchs can come to Turkey, but they have to comply with international law to do business.

The agency states that the authorities in Ankara are highly critical of Russia for attacking Ukraine, but are opposed to the sanctions imposed by its NATO allies.

Cavusoglu, who attended the Doha conference in Qatar, said: If Russian oligarchs or any Russian citizen wants to visit Turkey, of course they can.
