Support and reduction of electricity bills
  • By installing photovoltaics with energy storage, we have the opportunity to become completely independent of the energy grid. This also supports building the stability of the national system.
  • This can be done individually, in a group or collaborative. The only unresolved issues are shared spaces, for example, basements in apartment complexes, hallways, etc. Is there a solution to this?

-We have consumed energy costs. The head of one of the communities in Trojka said that an external supplier was able to give us a bonus three times a year. – Finally, there came a year when we were not able to meet our obligations, and I had to ask to pay the fees in installments. This made us think about what we should do and how to deal with it – explained Luba Witkowski.

Photovoltaics for communities and cooperatives

From the beginning of 2023 Residential communities, cooperatives and local governments can submit applications to Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego for renewable energy grants under the TERMO programme. Thanks to them, it is possible to co-finance investments in photovoltaic energy in multi-family buildings in the amount of 50 percent of the costs.

As experts confirm:PV power for residential communities is a very profitable investment. The electricity collected from the sun is converted into electricity that lights the common area of the property. These include places such as stairs, basements, storage rooms, elevators, parking lots or underground garages.
