Spider-Man is a "PlayStation exclusive, so it won't make it to PC." Gamers stick to the promises of Insomniac Games

In our industry, it’s making some pretty big assertions in a bad way, which we can well see with Insomniac Games’ news about the Spider-Man exclusivity. The creators have repeatedly reported that Peter Parker’s adventure will never appear on PC – after yesterday’s show, the community did not fail to point out.

Marvel’s Spider-Man series will be the next PlayStation production bundle, which will be available for PC users in the coming months. Sony announced the release date of the mod for the mod and announced the transfer of the Miles Morales adventure.

We know that stories set in Peter Parker’s world are very popular – By mid-May 2022, Marvel’s Spider-Man series had sold over 33 million units worldwide. This is an excellent result that, as we can expect, will rise very quickly soon.

In the future, Insomniac Games will provide a complete list of all the news and changes introduced in Spider-Man on PC, while the developers have confirmed that the title will receive mouse and keyboard support, display settings or ray tracing reflections.

During the development of the new version, Insomniac Games collaborated with Nixxes Software. This project went so smoothly that the studio is happy with the help it received from developers specializing in moving production to PC:

“We are grateful to our partner PlayStation Studios, Nixxes Software, for improving Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales for PC. Our production team has been thrilled to work with Nixxes and their commitment to quality. When we work with Nixxes, we see a lot of ourselves.”

This was confirmed by Jürgen Katzmann, founder and chief development officer of Nixxes The title “will take advantage of all the exciting possibilities that the PC platform has to offer.”

Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered for PC will feature the complete main story and its sequel in the form of the Marvel’s Spider-Man: The City That Never Sleeps expansion pack.

Noting the expansion of the PlayStation Studios games catalog for PC, the community shared the old news from the developers. At one point, Insomniac Games confirmed it Spider-Man is available exclusively for PlayStation consoles and players could not dream of a PC version. 2017 and 2020 news reminded:

“It will never come to Xbox or PC. This is a permanent PS4 exclusive from Sony Interactive Entertainment.”

“It is only available on PlayStation, so it will not be available on PC. However, you can play on PC with PSNow and a PS4 console until July 7!”

According to the assumptions of the Japanese company, we can count on even more production premieres on the PC. The next few months should bring more announcements.
