Failed to PKO BP.  Online banking not working

PKO BP is experiencing a failure that has resulted in customers facing problems with banking services – online and mobile. Online data shows that the error occurred immediately after 6:30 and affects PKO BP customers from at least a dozen cities in Poland.

At this time, PKO BP has not confirmed the flaw on social media or on the website, but reports coming in show that the problem is getting worse. Around 7:20 a.m., PKO BP failure was reported more than 140 times.

The vast majority of reports sent to downdetector regarding failure of PKO BP relate to: Malfunction in online banking. Some people also reported an issue with the bank’s mobile app.

At this stage, it is difficult to estimate how long difficulties in the peacekeeping operation may continue. It is worth noting that a few days ago the bank suffered a major failure, which was constantly being reported on social media. However, at that time, the number of reports from customers on downdetector exceeded several thousand. We will follow this topic and update the post as soon as new facts emerge.
