Stanislav Bortkiewicz was one of the closest collaborators of the former head of TVP, Jacek Korski. He worked at the company from February 2016 to October 2022, managing the administration office, which later became the corporate affairs office. A few weeks after Kania came to Polska Press, the replacement of editors-in-chief in certain regional cities began. 19 out of 20 newspaper presidents were fired. Behind them came journalists associated with the right.
