The entitlement of a person who retires after ten years of work will be calculated on the basis of his accumulated capital – the elderly person will receive a retirement pension commensurate with the value of contributions accumulated in his retirement account.
Important: If the calculated amount is less than the minimum old-age pension, ZUS will unfortunately not increase it. The minimum length of service is 20 and 25 years of work for women and men respectively, and it is necessary to earn at least the minimum wage.
