Once upon a time I was going to kill myself for the fact that the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G with Exynos processor would disappoint with its battery life. And you know what? Now I won't have a hand anymore. The Samsung A55 turned out to be much better in this regard than its predecessor, although the cell has the same capacity.
Two things are certain in life: death and taxes. Until recently, the average operating time of Samsung phones with Exynos processors could only be added to this, but perhaps this is starting to change.
It appeared for the first time recently Samsung Galaxy A55 5G. It has Samsung's own SoC on board, Exynos 1480. There was no indication that this would bring any surprise. How wrong I was…
The Samsung Galaxy A55 5G has an excellent battery despite the Exynos
Many ManiaKs appreciate GSMArena battery tests, calling them the most reliable on the Internet. Naturally, one may have reservations about this, but it is really difficult to find a better comparative standard and, first of all, an equally powerful database.
This is where the battery test on the Samsung Galaxy A55 5G comes into play. I would like to remind you that it has a 5000 mAh cell, which is exactly the same as its predecessor.
Still newer The Samsung A55 5G actually supersedes its predecessor. The result is equal 13:27h It turned out to be 2:12 hours better than the Galaxy A54. This is a huge improvement that cannot be underestimated.
Moreover, the time achieved by the Galaxy A55 allowed it to surpass the Realme 12 Pro+ (5000 mAh) or Honor Magic 6 Lite (5300 mAh), crush the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, and, most interestingly, It is almost equivalent to the Motorola Moto G54 Power phone with a 6000 mAh battery!
I have to admit I was positively surprised. Having a good working time on a Samsung phone with Exynos is a dream come true for many crazy people.
Although I have no idea how this unit is managed to ensure the right operating culture and whether it is great, at least one problem has been solved.
