Karol Swiderski scores his first goal in the Italian League! [WIDEO]

Karol Swiderski has started firing in Serie A. At the end of the confrontation between Hellas Verona and Sassuolo, the Pole took advantage of the advantageous situation. Thus, he gave his team three points.

Karol Swiderski recently returned to Europe. He left Charlotte FC for Italian club Hellas Verona. The Pole has featured regularly on the pitch since his arrival, although at the moment he mainly comes off the bench.

This may change after the match against Sassuolo. The striker entered the field in the 68th minute, when the score was 0-0. Hellas, as a team in danger of relegation, really needed three points in this match. That's why the 27-year-old's goal was so important. Especially since he won it in style. First, he ran to the free field, showing himself to Federico Bonazzoli. As soon as he received the Italian's accurate pass, he rushed towards the goal and did not give in to pressure from the defenders. A low shot sailed across the ground from Conselje and the 28-time Polish representative was able to enjoy his first goal.

After the victory, Hellas Verona ranks 17th in the standings. However, the club still faces the risk of returning to the relegation zone. The Gialloblu are currently just three points ahead of 18th-placed Cagliari, with the Sicilians having played one game less.
