After the May weekend, drivers should expect new price lists at gas stations, but there are many signs that petrol and diesel will cost the same. -E-Gasoline experts predict in the report. However, they note that at many chains, May price promotions will end on Monday.
“If gas station owners decide to increase their margins on gasoline, even slightly, after the May weekend, drivers who drive to the station to refuel will have to expect new price lists – there are many indicators that the cost of gasoline and diesel “It will be equal,” the analysts wrote.
In the case of the popular 95 gasoline, the nationwide average price should range between PLN 6.62 and PLN 6.72, and diesel may cost from PLN 6.63 to 6.73 per litre, they added.
“In the case of automobile gas, prices are likely to change only slightly and should typically range between 2.82 and 2.89 per litre,” they noted.
At the same time, they note that it is useful to refuel when returning from a long weekend on Sunday to take advantage of the fuel price promotions for May, which (after Orlin) were offered by many chains, because Starting Monday, refueling will be more expensive again.
We are talking about the promotion that Orlen announced on Thursday a week ago. Drivers can expect a discount of a known amount from holiday promotions in 2022 and 2023. A liter of fuel will be cheaper by 30 groz, and in the case of holders of a large family card – by 40 groz. The offer will run from Friday 26 April to 5 May at 23.59.
Analysis of retail fuel prices in Poland conducted by e-petrol.pl on Tuesday (April 30, 2024) shows that the price of popular unleaded gasoline rose very slightly this week, by only 1 groz.
