“alpha male”, “How I became a gangster. True story” whether “Tonya” These are just some of the film productions we can see in them Adam saved. He also has roles in serials, including: “Officer Alex”, “Hercules”, “minute of silence” whether “For good and for evil”.
Currently, we can see him, among others, in the series Jan Macierewicz “Camera Cafe. New Brewing”as well as in the film Artur Żmijewski “On our own. The beginning.”Where he played the role of Kazimierz Pawlak.
On the big screen we can see you in the role of Kazimierz Pawlak in the prequel “Samych's own”. Although some time has passed since filming, tell us how do you remember working on this film from the perspective of these few months?
Adam Bobeck: – The work was not easy, but it was a wonderful adventure for me. I have never played such a big role before. It was really hard at times, but looking back, I had fun. The role of Pawlak required a lot of physical effort and mental commitment from me.
What did this plan teach you?
-I learned some interesting things. Someone was plowing the field. This was my first time doing this, as was the horse Pharaoh who played with me. It was their first joint appearance.
Artur Żmijewski, who knows well what acting is, is responsible for directing the film “Sami swoi. Popocztek”.
– It was a great help to us actors. Artur knew what we had to face, he was patient and gave clear messages. There were times when I felt down and he supported me and calmed me down.
We can now also see you in the series “Camera Café. New Breing”, which takes place in a company. Can you imagine a job where you had to spend eight hours in the office?
– I don't have to imagine it, because I used to work that way. It was not a typical company. I worked in telemarketing. I spent eight hours at my desk and took a five-minute break for every hour. My hat is really off to people who have worked in this type of company for years. Although it is not physically difficult work, it is mentally exhausting.
“Camera Café. New Breing” is a new version of the “Camera Café” series, which Poles have loved for almost twenty years. Have you seen this production?
-When the series aired on TVN, I was probably 15 years old. I admit I remember it well, but I don't think I watched it very often. It was a huge hit across the country, and I watched the office world with great admiration. I found it funny and a bit strange. This is an example of how twisted life can be. Today I am part of this world.
Who is your Roman hero?
– He's a great man. I have nothing to accuse him of. He exudes masculinity and is very confident in himself. He is alpha and omega [śmiech – przyp. red.]. I think a lot of people would like to have a friend like Roman. My hero's co-worker, Jacek, has the extraordinary privilege of having Roman bestow his friendship on him. Jacek is less masculine and smart and more boring. It is the Roman that completes it [śmiech – przyp. red.]. They make a cute couple, even though we only see them within the four walls of the company.
How do you feel about comedic roles?
– In fact, I never realized before that I could test myself in them. I feel very good. The main requirement for me is that the role must be well written. Then I can combine business with fun.
A lot has happened in your career lately. What can I wish you?
– nothing. The fact that I can work on a movie set means a lot. I am making my childhood dreams come true. It doesn't matter to me if I'm playing an episode or a lead character. I do what I love. This is a great gift from God.
