Here are the possible pension rates from March 2023. The indexation of pensions in 2023 will be at a record level. The budget law states that the valuation rate will be 13.8 percent. How does this relate to pension rates? We provide the expected amounts of benefits.

The budget includes index funds for pensions in March 2023. Pension and disability benefits are also scheduled to be indexed from March 1, 2023 with the benchmark at the level of 113.8 percent. This indicator is already confirmed and certainly will not be lower. Who knows if the valuation will not be higher.

According to many experts, the valuation can be as high as 15 percent. The final indicator will be known in February 2023.

Pensions are always indexed in March. This is the average annual price index for consumer goods and services in the previous year, and it increased by at least 20 percent. A real increase in the average salary in the previous year. Each retiree will receive a decision from the ZUS on the new amount of his benefit. It should be noted that the indexation of pensions this year will depend on the amount and percentage. For benefits up to a total of PLN 1850, the increase will be PLN 250. The minimum pension will also be increased. As of March 2023, the total amount will be PLN 1588.44.

On the other hand, people receiving benefits above the total of 1850 PLN will be subject to the percentage index, because it is more convenient for them.
