The prequel “crown” will be issued.  Conversations continue
Netflix is ​​in the early stages of The Crown. So far, production details have not been revealed. It is only known that the new project will take place in the Victorian era, that is, during the Industrial Revolution at the turn of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries – before Queen Elizabeth II took the throne. The interviews are currently at a very early stage. The final decision on the implementation of the project has not yet been made.

“The Crown” – what the series is about

Made for Netflix, ‘The Crown’ tells the story of the British monarchy – ever since Elizabeth II took the throne. In the four seasons so far, we’ve seen on screen, among others Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth, Matt Smith as Prince Philip, and Olivia Colman and Tobias Menzies in the same roles. The cast also includes Helena Bonham Carter as Princess Margaret, Elizabeth Debicki as Princess Diana, and Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles. In the fourth season, Gillian Anderson played Margaret Thatcher.

The penultimate fifth season will premiere on Netflix later this year. The events of this season will tell, among other things, about the breakdown of the marriage of Diana and Philip and the tragic death of the Duchess.
