The ban on trade was tightened.  Not many stores will open on Sundays anymore

President Andrzej Duda signed a law sealing the trade embargo. In this way, it will not be possible to open shops on Sundays using the “post office” method. The new regulations will take effect within three months.

  • Already, about 20 retail chains open stores on Sundays that are subject to the trade ban, mainly due to the possibility of operating in the form of post offices. But it will only be for another three months

  • After the gate is closed, referrals or department stores will not be able to use other exceptions to open the shop on Sundays without any problems.
