The largest asteroids in the solar system. Scientists publish unique pictures of space rocks

The European Southern Observatory (ESO) on Tuesday (October 12) released the latest images that clearly show 42 asteroids in the solar system. An international team of researchers, including scientists from Poland, presented the results of cosmic rock analysis in the journal Astronomy and Astrophysics. The research was conducted on the basis of images taken by the VLT telescope in Chile. The footage shows the largest asteroids in the belt between the orbits of Jupiter and Mars. The exceptionally sharp images allowed for better recognition of shapes and determination of the density of celestial bodies. The asteroids are clearly divided into very symmetrical and close to circle asteroids, which are the largest of Ceres, and those with an elongated structure, such as the famous Cleopatra (known as “Dogbone”). Scientists have noticed differences in the density of cosmic rocks. In this regard, some asteroids can be compared to diamond and the rest to carbon. According to the results, Ceres has a length of 940 km …

Since asteroids are solid matter, they cannot have a shape – close to a circle – but spherical, at most. They are not, and the cross-section may be circular. You are confusing the spelling of the second and third dimension, as in the song – The ball is round… -. Yes, a sphere and an asteroid can be spherical. This is the Polish language

What pictures? I guess you haven’t seen the photo in the eyes of the poor editor, every photo published by NASA or any other cosmic bullshit, is a computer generated photo and has little to do with the truth. Do you want to know the truth? Watch the stars. The Polar Star has been stuck in the same place for thousands of years.
