Małgorzata Sadurska graduated in 2000 from the Faculty of Law and Management of Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin. Three years later, she also completed her postgraduate studies in management and management at the Leblanc Business School.

Millions of earnings in the PZU and a rented apartment in Warsaw
Financial reports show that in total, in the years 2017-2023, Malgorzata received PLN 11.8 million from the state insurance giant. Last year alone, she earned PLN 2.5 million at PZU, more than her boss earned at the time.
The former PiS lawmaker has 69 thousand PLN at her disposal in 2022, Politika weekly revealed. She described PLN for training and 242 thousand Polish zlotys as “other benefits.” The second amount includes the apartment rental fee. Journalists described that PZU rented an apartment in Warsaw to Małgorzata Sadurska and is the only person from the company's board of directors who can count on this privilege.
