Certainly, it is necessary to reset the situation, to make a fresh start. When we talk about this, I mean the replacement of the country's management personnel, and not just in the military sector.” .
He explained: “I am thinking about this exchange, that is true. But you cannot say: We have replaced one person and now we can start again. This applies to the entire management group that controls the state apparatus.” He repeated: “I mean a serious matter that does not concern one person, but rather the leadership of the state.”
Zelensky confirmed that he agreed on the necessity of reaching a peace process. He pointed out that “Russia does not want peace, because peace for it means failure.”
The president said some Ukrainians were “beginning to get used to war.” “This is a big mistake and unfair to those on the front. The front can get where you are if you do not support those who are fighting. The same applies to Europe. The war can get there because we are dealing with Putin,” the Ukrainian leader noted. When war comes, no one will be prepared.”
Zelensky: What will Europe do if the Russian army comes?
Then he said: “The European forces are not ready. It will be a shock. There will be tens of thousands of people in chaos, facing the migration process.” Zelensky asked: “What will Europe do if the Russian army comes? How will it defend itself? Where is the guarantee that NATO will respond quickly?”

Referring to the nearly two years of war, he said: “We are not alone. We have also succeeded in uniting world leaders.”
He pointed out that about 26 percent of Ukrainian territory is still under Russian occupation. He pointed out, “But we see that the Russian army failed to achieve significant progress.”
When asked about the situation of Ukraine today, he replied: “It is different, it is closer to Europe. Today, Ukraine has a stronger army and Western equipment.”
