Kansas City Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce said Friday that his relationship with singer Taylor Swift hasn’t affected his football production and won’t let it happen in the future.

“I’ve always been good at compartmentalizing,” Kelce said after Friday’s head practice ahead of Sunday’s game against the Vikings in Minnesota.

“Whatever is going on in my life, good or bad, I believe this is a place where I can escape, focus, put my ego aside and make sure I show up here with a clear mind. »

Kells added, however, that the past few weeks have been unusual for him.

“I’m learning to deal with the paparazzi, but it comes up,” Kelz said. A lot of people are worried about Taylor and with good reason. I have to live in the moment. »

Kelce also responded to Aaron Rodgers calling him “Mr. Pfizer” in a recent interview on the “Pat McAfee Show.” Kells appeared in an ad promoting the Covid-19 vaccine.

“It’s Mr. Pfizer versus the Johnson and Johnson family,” Gells said of the owners of the New York Jets.

“I got the vaccine to protect myself, my family and everyone here. I am 100 percent comfortable with my decision and I have no problem with him calling me Mr. Pfizer. »
