A new adaptation of the famous novel by Tadeusz Dołęga-Mostowicz The film will be directed by Michal Gazda, who will be making his debut as a feature film director. Marcin Baczyński and Mariusz Kuczewski are responsible for the script. The film’s producer is Magdalena Szodkovic.

The film also got a sequel. “Professor Wilczor”, which tells the story of the doctor’s return to work after regaining his memory.
