As she was saying goodbye to her partners, the singer and host managed to find her camp mates due to the withdrawal of a new candidate who was due to join the camp en route.

From the beginning of the episode, hosts Jean-Philippe Dion and Alexandre Barrett announced that the contestants had elimination leave, but that they would now form two separate teams, Team Blue and Team Orange. The latter, made up of Colette, Andrian, François and Rahmane, were given a delicious feast for winning the first challenge.

After the second challenge, a duo of animators announced that a new camper about to enter camp had to back up due to health issues. So the Adventurers had the chance to vote anonymously to bring either Dino Clavet or Nathalie Simart back to camp.

“Baby, the forest is calling me”

The singer and host last week called “Get Out of Here!” left the song, following the elimination challenge, relying only on the number of mice locked in a box and only on hurt feelings. Of the 68 mice in the wooden box, she only counted 45 mice, but believing it was a trap, her final answer was 15 rodents instead.

During her brief stay outside the forest, where she was able to take a hot shower and eat a full meal, Natalie had conference calls with her loved ones. She was able to notify them of both her removal and her return to camp.

“My daughter burst into tears. […] My boyfriend froze, but I told him: “Baby, the forest is calling me”, she told the rest of the returning gang, emphasizing the importance of the peace created in the camp and the spirit of siblings.

Beliefs and Emotions

After their remarkable performance in the second challenge of the evening involving floating boxes above the river, without dropping them, using only paddles, Livia and Colette were able to unlock something close to their hearts. A fan.

Jean-François Mercier, for his part, told other campers about his father’s death when he was 4 years old and the fear this loss caused him.

Olympic medalist Marianne St-Geloise, always conditioned to win, is vulnerable against the group after losing the first challenge. Moved to tears, Marion expresses her desire to control her failures in order to humanize her.

The reality show “Get Me Out of Here!” Airs every Sunday at 6:30 PM on TVA.
