The creators of Gotham Knights make a great AAA console game. Job offers reveal plans for WB Games Montreal

There are already the first leaks about the new project of the Canadian team WB Games Montreal, the authors of Gotham Knights.

The studio that co-created Batman: Arkham Origins is working with Splash Damage and responsible for the recently launched Gotham Knights on another major project. This is indicated by the job advertisement that appeared on the official website of WB Games Montreal.

This job offer is directed at “People with at least 6 years of game development experience with at least one AAA game released.” The company also confirms that it is looking for people who “has previously worked with the Unreal Engine and multiplayer network architecture” who will create the setting for the upcoming AAA console title. “

The studio is currently looking for developers that include a position, gameplay programmers, and concept artists. There are many indications that WB Games Montreal has been working on another project in addition to Gotham Knights for some time. I already mentioned VGS in November 2021quoting sources that the team has started working on a second work, which it did not disclose. These ads indicate that it may be an AAA game that focuses on multiplayer gameplay.
