A major error in "The Crown" stirs emotions in England

With its impressive production budget, “The Crown” series should be flawless, which it often has been since its debut on Netflix in 2016. Teams are not immune to mistakes, however, and this latest season, the fifth in a decade in the 1990s, rocked the British royal family the most.

Netflix subscribers in the UK have been angered by a misprint in an episode where Queen Elizabeth II, played by Imelda Stanton, gives a speech near Paul Tanker, a seaside resort in Lancaster, Lancashire.

On social media, followers of ‘The Crown’ asked the group, ‘Don’t you think we should notice?’ About another schoolgirl’s mistake, “Hello!” The magazine published the news.

This final season of the British royal family’s saga focuses specifically on the divorce of Prince Charles – now King Charles III – and Princess Diana. We’ll have to wait until next year for the sixth season, in which we’ll see the tragic end of Lady D, who died in a violent car crash in Paris in 1997.

Former British Prime Minister John Major, portrayed by Jonny Lee Miller in the fifth season, complained about the veracity of his alleged meeting with Prince Charles. Mr. Major denied this scenario, saying it was pure fantasy.

Prince Charles, now 74, ascended the throne on September 8 and had to “wait” another 30 years to become king. His mother, Elizabeth II, died of old age that day at the age of 96. She will be queen for 70 years, seven months and two days.
