The Vitebsk District Court sentenced 68-year-old Alexander Patapao to two years in a penal colony. The man was accused of insulting Alexander Lukashenko. The reason was a Belarusian’s opinion about the bombing of Ukraine. Independent Belarusian media reported that his daughter was killed in a Russian missile attack on Kyiv.
Commenting on the popular Russian-language website Odnoklassniki, 68-year-old Alexander Patapau wrote about the launch of anti-aircraft missiles.
