Russia urges all countries to sign the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty

Russia is concerned that the United States has not signed the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty and invites all countries that have not yet signed and ratified the document, the Russian Foreign Ministry said in a statement published on Monday.
