Today’s Star Wars Celebration event took place in Anaheim, bringing a string of exciting news about upcoming projects from LucasFilm and the Disney+ platform. We learned, among other things, the premiere dates of “Indiana Jones 5” and the third season of “The Mandalorian” and learned that Jude Law will play in “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” by John Watts. We also watched trailers for the series “Andor” and “Willow”.

Indiana Jones 5 release date revealed

During the Star Wars celebration, we learned about the release date of the new movie about the adventures of all movie-goers’ favorite archaeologist: “Indiana Jones 5” will hit theaters June 30, 2023. A poster announcing the show, featuring Harrison, has also been revealed. Ford as the main character.

Harrison Ford appeared on stage in person to say he was very proud of the movie. He also made a birthday wish for 90-year-old John Williams, the author of the popular musical theme on the series.

The cast includes, among others, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Mads Mikkelsen, Thomas Kretschmann, Boyd Holbrook, Shaunette Renee Wilson and Antonio Banderas. Directed by James Mangold.

Jude Law is the star of “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”

The title of the series came from the “Star Wars” universe prepared by director John Watts (“Spider-Man: No Way Home”). So far, we only know the working title of the project: “Grammar Rodeo”. We now know that its official name is “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew”.

It was also announced that the star of “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew” will be Jude Law (Fantastic Beasts: Dumbledore’s Secrets). The events of the series are scheduled to take place during the times of the new republic. The heroes will be a group of kids who are lost in the galaxy and trying to find their way home.

Filming begins in the summer, with productions by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni. Christopher Ford writes the script.

What is the third season of “The Mandalorian”?

We also learned when “The Mandalorian” came back. The third season of the series about the adventures of a space bounty hunter will premiere on Disney+ in February 2023. Its creators Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni have announced that Katie Sacoff, who plays Bo-Katan Kryze, will return in the cast. Anaheim fans also watched a teaser announcing new episodes.
