in the movie Doctor Strange in a multiverse of madness, the title character in another world meets the group of Illuminati on her way. There are some surprises in acting among the team members, but the lineup originally could have been different.
Team Illuminati Black Bolt (Anson Mount), Carl Mordo (Chiwetel Ejiofor), Captain Carter (Hayley Atwell), Professor Xavier (Patrick Stewart), Captain Marvel (Lashana Lynchand Mr. FantasticJohn Krasinski). It turns out that another actor was supposed to play the latter.
According to Justin Kroll of Deadline, Daniel Craig He was originally supposed to play the role of Red Richards, but he pulled out of the project due to filming concerns during the coronavirus pandemic. It’s hard to believe that Krasinki, so beloved by fans and often nominated for the role, was the second choice, but it’s also great to know that Daniel Craig was close to joining the MCU. There is, of course, the possibility that Marvel Studios wanted to keep fans guessing about Krasinski’s appearance as a member of the Fantastic Four, so this situation can’t be taken for granted.
