But that’s not all, because talkSPORT also included 54-year-old Sarina Wiegman among the candidates – the current coach of the women’s national team, who led England to victory in the 2022 European Championship. Five years ago, she won this title with the Netherlands.
“If the FA were looking for someone with a proven track record of international success and who knows how the FA works, then Wiegman would surely be at the top of the list. She has already proven that she can deliver success. Great success at major tournaments,” we read.
