They have already secured their places at university next year

The winners will be able to start their studies at the Lublin University of Technology next year without participating in employment.

During the awards ceremony, the winners of the Olympics received small gifts in addition to index cards. They were congratulated by Prof. Pawe Droździel, Vice Rector of the Lublin University of Technology for Student Affairs

– you are the best. With this enthusiasm and knowledge you already have, I am sure you will become excellent students and future engineers – said the professor. Paul Droziel.

The four technical students who won first places in the Olympiad also received awards from the President of the University of Technology, Professor. Zbigniew Patera.

A total of 461 students from technical schools of various disciplines participated in this year’s edition of the regional stage of the Olympiad. One hundred and forty-one of them qualified for the national stage, and 75 of them were awarded the title of laureate.

Olympiad participants are trained in techniques with different characteristics. Each winner will be able to choose a field of study that matches their interests and the professional education they obtained during high school.
