Will Smith, who won the Oscar for Best Actor shortly after the incident, publicly apologized to Chris Rock and the Academy for his role in The Williams Method.

But many in Hollywood are calling for the Oscar-winning company to be punished for its violent act, which they say eclipsed other winners in the night.

In a letter to thousands of academy members, the leaders said they were “outraged” by the incident.

“The broadcast of the 94th Academy Awards on Sunday was a celebration of the many who have done incredible work in our community over the past year,” reads a letter signed by Academy President David Rubin and an administrator. Director Dan Hudson.

“We are shocked and angry that these moments are obscured by the unacceptable and harmful behavior of a competitor on stage,” they continue.

Chris Rock’s joke about Jada Pinkett Smith’s shaved head reveals that he suffered from alopecia – a disease that causes severe hair loss a few years ago – which sparked corruption.

Will Smith suddenly took to the stage and slapped Chris Rock under the dumb eyes of celebrities and spectators.

The 53-year-old actor said, “Leave my wife’s name out of your mouth!” Once again in the chair.

He later apologized on Instagram, apologizing to Chris Rock and the organizers: “What I did was inappropriate and I did wrong. My behavior at the Oscars last night was unacceptable and unforgivable.

“To be very clear, we condemn Mr. Smith’s actions,” the letter from Oscar Academy Presidents emphasizes, promising to implement “appropriate action” in accordance with the company’s rules.

“It should follow a formal process, which will take a few weeks,” the letter said.

According to the American media, the board of directors of the Oscar Academy even met on Wednesday evening to count the ceremony each year. According to CNN, slapping Will Smith is their “primary”.
