The increase in the minimum wage as of July 1 means an increase of PLN 700 compared to the amount as of July 1, 2023 (PLN 3,600), i.e. an increase of 19.4%. In addition to the minimum wage, other benefits calculated on its basis will also increase, such as night work allowance, severance pay, and end-of-service benefits for mass layoffs.

The Cabinet has adopted proposals on the minimum wage and the minimum hourly rate, which will be implemented in 2025. It is proposed that as of January 1, 2025, the minimum wage will be PLN 4,000.
