The shocking video captured the moment when a silver helicopter was carrying a Brazilian MP: Hercilio Araujo Denisa and Valadares Deputy Mayor, David Barroso, are slowly collapsing toward the power line.
According to the Brazil Fire DepartmentThe pilot lost control of the machine before it hit the power line. Then the helicopter caught fire.
The accident was recorded by a witness who was on his property. In the background, you could hear the great horror from other Brazilian residents who were watching the entire trip.
Fortunately, it ended up only being scared. All crew members on board survived with minor injuries. They were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
The accident occurred in Minas Gerais. It is one of the 26 states of Brazil, located in the central-eastern part of the country. It is bordered on the east by the state of Espirito Santo and Rio de Janeiro, on the south by the state of São Paulo, on the north by the state of Bahia, and on the west by the state of Goias and the Federal District.
Not everyone was so lucky
Several tragic aircraft accidents occurred in Brazil in 2021. In January, four players and the fourth president of Palmas club, as well as a pilot, died in an accident shortly after taking off from Tokatins airport in central Brazil. Nobody survived the accident.
In November, Marilia Mendonca, in turn, died in a plane crash in Brazil, one of the most famous contemporary Brazilian singers, winner of the Latin Grammy Award. The 26-year-old was on her way to the concert. In addition to the singer, four people died.
