Stephen King criticizes “Transformers”! Leave before the show ends

Responding to novelist Lynwood Barclay’s tweet that he couldn’t sit until the end of “Jurassic World Dominion” for the first time in many years, King stated, “As an adult, I only left one movie out early on: Transformers.”

When asked which movie is in the series (because there have been six, starting with the 2007 Michael Bay-directed movie with Shia LaBeouf, Jon Voight, and Megan Fox in the lead roles), King added that it was the first.

Unfortunately, in recent years, King himself has not been lucky with good cinematic adaptations of his prose. “Firestarter” by Keith Thomas (which premiered in Polish cinema on May 23) is another great movie, but it is full of special effects, after which you can fondly remember such works according to the readings of the masters, such as “Misery” or “Hold on to Shawshank”. ‘ or ‘Green Mile’ or ‘The Shining’ or ‘Curry’.

Is anyone out of a movie based on their prose recently? Or did you stop watching it (or the series)? Perhaps no one is famous, but many fans of good cinema certainly do.
