A solar eclipse occurs when the Earth, Moon, and Sun line up. Then the moon casts a shadow on Earth, which we see as an eclipse. There are three basic types of solar eclipses:
- the college It arises when the moon completely blocks the sun
- partial eclipse It arises when the sun’s disk is only partially obscured
- annular eclipse It arises when the moon is unable to cover the entire disk of the sun and a ring of varying thickness remains around it.
Closest partial solar eclipse In Poland we will be able to observe March 29, 2025, August 12, 2026, and August 2, 2027.
the closest total solar eclipse In Poland, it will be possible to observe from the regions of Lower Silesia and Lesser Poland only on October 7, 2135.
Earlier, on July 13, 2075, we will be able to observe in Poland annular eclipse.
