Polish ski jumpers are currently residing in Nizhny Tagil, where the first competition of the new season of the World Cup will take place. The Poles went to Russia in a team of seven. Unfortunately, Klemens Murańka has tested positive for coronavirus.
“Klemens Murańka received a positive test for the presence of the Coronavirus. The contestant was sent into isolation. Other members of the national team with a negative result. Representatives of Poland will participate in the World Cup competition in Nizhny Tagil” – we read in a post published by PZN.
Journalist Filip Czezanowski stated on TVP Sport that Klemens Murańka will be tested again today.
The Polish jumper is one of those players who did not qualify for Saturday’s inaugural competition this season. The competition will start at 4:00 PM.
